Delete your CoreStyl account.
This page explains how to delete your CoreStyl account (the CoreStyl app on Google Play and the App Store, published by CoreStyl AI Private Limited) and what happens to your data when you do.
Delete from inside the app
- 1Open CoreStyl and go to Profile.
- 2Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- 3Confirm with the one-time code sent to your phone. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.
Or request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email us from the phone number or email linked to your account.
Email support@corestyl.comWe will verify the request with a one-time code and confirm once deletion is complete.
What is deleted

| Style Coins balance | Forfeited. Unused coins are not refundable once the account is deleted. |
| Purchase and payment records for Style Coins and subscriptions | Kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (up to 8 years), then deleted. These records are not used for any other purpose. |
| Anonymised usage analytics | Kept. This data cannot be linked back to you. |
Purchases made on a brand's website after tapping Buy Now are handled by that brand under its own policy. CoreStyl does not process or store those orders.
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation by SMS or email. During this period you can cancel the request by signing back in and choosing Keep my account.
Delete specific data without closing your account
You can remove individual items at any time inside the app: delete a wardrobe item from its detail screen, delete try-on images from Profile › My photos, and replace or remove your base photo from Profile › Settings › Photo.
